  • Bone diseases: conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis, or osteomyelitis.
  • Bone growth issues: abnormalities in bone structure or healing problems.
  • Bone cancer or tumors: rare but serious causes of persistent bone pain.

The most obvious cause of bone pain is injury. Falls, car accidents, or even simple missteps can lead to fractures, bruising, or stress fractures.
